What mistakes do most RE Investors make?

They do not understand the sellers’ needs. They focus on Price. What can they get the house for, instead of what does the seller need? Make an offer that meet the sellers’ needs.

Dave, 37, started in 2005. He began in Wholesaling at 26 years old. He lost everything as he did not understand cashflow.

Now he buys rentals with Private Money. He has over 100 single family homes under management.

How Dan raises Private Money.

A private lender is a person who has/had a high income and now are retired. They want to be a passive investor. They have liquid assets.

A turn key sale is a renovated house that another investor wants to buy from Dave and rent it out. Dave woudl then manage the house for the buyers. He would go to California and sell rental houses in Ohio to California.
